We’ve been working in estate agency for a considerable length of time, so have seen every possible issue that could arise and know how to deal with them efficiently. Our staff have worked from the bottom up and so are experienced in every department. We have a dedicated administration team to ensure the smooth processing of all the paperwork and legal documents involved in each transaction. Our accounts and property management department take care of the monetary side and the day to day running. We employ the same key marketing portals (such as Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation), a complete estate agent software package, solicitor-drafted legal documents and engage professional, service-providers for our photography, floorplans, EPCs and tenant referencing to ensure the best quality standards.
We are fully qualified and registered with Propertymark NAEA/ARLA; we follow their strict guidelines to ensure we have everything covered and meet all legal requirements. We are also backed by a Client Money Protection scheme which guarantees our clients money is protected. We ensure that staff retake the relevant professional exams every few years to keep up to date with current legislation and so that our high standards are maintained. We are members of The Property Ombudsman and also abide by their strict guidelines too.
