Fully-referenced tenants/TDS-protected deposit
It is crucial when renting out your property that you do everything you can to protect it and have tenants who pay their rent promptly and regularly. We use an independent referencing company to fully reference each tenant and check their affordability, current employers and current landlord. We obtain 6 weeks deposit and register it with TDS Custodial so that it is protected for the entire duration of the tenancy.
