At KP Living we believe in complete transparency and strive to be upfront and honest about any fees that may be payable by our tenants. To help applicants and existing tenants manage the cost of renting a property, we do not charge any tenant fees whatsoever. Any charges that may be incurred will only be applicable if a tenant requests or causes one of the specific additional services or fees set out elsewhere on this page. 

We are a proud member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme. This government approved independent redress scheme provides consumers additional protection beyond that required by law. Our clients and customers have peace of mind that there is free and fair redress available in the unlikely event of an unresolved dispute involving our agency.

We are also regulated members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the UK’s foremost professional body for letting agents. Its members are professionals working at all levels of letting agency, from business owners to office employees.

KP Living Client Money Protection is provided by Propertymark. The scheme accounting rules, as well as our conduct and membership rules, can be found in the Propertymark Conduct and Membership Rules.
